I want to write this post to explain the change in direction of this blog, as a reflection of my own personal change. I also want to explain the UPDATE notice in many of the older articles, why it’s not in all of them, and what it means.
Over the last few years, roughly since I started this blog, I have been going through a process of deep personal changes. Initially, it was just “weird things that happened to me” but over time, it became clear that it was a process of spiritual awakening.
For those of you foreign to the matter, spirituality –the way I see it and practice it– is not anything that you do. I’m not part of any religion, any group, or affiliated with any organization. I just started, very slowly in the beginning, buying some books, reading a few blogs, and putting what they taught into practice. Why? Simply, because some of them made sense and explained the experiences I was having.
To sum it up, spirituality is all about releasing the illusions that you don’t know they’re there, until you realize they’re there :D. It is about uniting with God –again, not in a sense tied to any religion– and achieving a state of permanent peace of mind and happiness. And a secondary benefit is getting to do whatever you want to do with your life and having practically anything you want to with ease.
Back to now, relatively recently I achieved a state of mind of predominantly oneness or non-duality.
What is non-duality? –you may ask.
I’ll let you explore it yourself, because if someone tried to explain it to me years ago, I would have probably stared at him with a blank face and nothing to say –not even trying to reject what I was hearing.
For example, you can read The Disappearance of the Universe by Gary Renard for a taste of it, although it is very different to know about it intellectually vs. experientially. There are many other resources I could recommend, like Bashar, Neville Goddard, or Abraham (channeled by Esther Hicks) but you’ll probably focus on the part of manifesting your desires and not so much on what Oneness is –which is fine when correctly understood, that’s why I’m mentioning them. But I’m more comfortable recommending the former.
What this means –in practical terms– is that the spiritual nature of reality is not an interesting thing that you meditate about a few times a week. Eventually, Truth becomes such a powerful and blatantly obvious experience, that even though you still have a choice to look elsewhere, you simply choose not to. So, I got to the point where I only want and choose to see Reality how it is.
What happens with older vs. newer posts
All of the above is to say that when I read most of my older posts, I cringe with how wrong I was on so many levels about so many things.
So why did I keep those posts up. The reason is very simple: they can still be useful!
Useful to both people who don’t care about any of this, and to people who do. A state of non-duality is not a religion where you have to pick sides to convince yourself that you are in “the right one”. That is so ridiculous I just laughed.
Even to people who are also very devoted to a spiritual journey, some of these things can have practical day-to-day applications. Take, for example, the post that I wrote about how to think of conversations as links and threads. From a non-dual point of view, the conversation is an illusion to begin with. But, I’m willing to assume that, for a while, you will keep interacting with “others”, and maybe that post gives you a fun way to look at conversations now.
I think you get the point.
With some other posts, I really, strongly, disagree with what I wrote, so maybe I will eventually unpublish them. But honestly, I don’t care a lot about those either. In a way, all are wrong, because they’re part of the illusion. For now, I’m taking a relaxed approach about it all and that is all that matters, honestly.
I really like the open reminder that, no matter where you are, there are more empowering, happier levels of consciousness you can access if you choose to go in that direction. So that is why the old posts remain, and the notice along with it.
Some older posts don’t have the old post notice, and that is simply because I updated the posts themselves to make them aligned or because they don’t very strongly contradict something I believe in.

A new direction
Having said all of that, I don’t have a lot of interest in writing about the topics I wrote about before –at least not in the way I did before. For example, maybe I write about relationships, but if I do it will be from a Oneness point of view –which is actually the expression of True Love, so “regular relationships” should be fun. 🙂
I also merged this blog with my other blog about making money online, although I discarded many other things that I wrote.
Overall, I still like having a blog to share ideas. So, from now on, I will write when I’m really passionate about something that can be useful for practical day-to-day things, encouraging to people on a similar path or interested in similar things. But I will do so in a way that is openly aligned with my current point of view of Reality, devotion to Oneness with God as the ultimate Truth, and absolutely no regard to making it “palatable” to my old ways of thinking…
In other words, I plan on having fun! 🙂
